Zero star ...(For the record All Day Auto Transport and Car Delivery USA Inc. is connected because I search up the address for Car Delivery USA Inc and it took me too All day auto transport page which is in Florida) . Had a horrible experience with this company. I called the broker spoke to Lauren M. she assured me that they hire A+ drivers and that she has a driver to pick it up on the 30 of November. the car was being pick up in California and to be delivered to Boston Massachusetts. so I believed her with all the talk that they have best driver been in business over ten years. so i did the agreement 200 broker fee and 700 cash on delivery so i sign the docusign that she e mailed me. After the payment went through she called back and said the driver can't pick it up till the first of December I'm like ok just another day of waiting. she e mailed me the driver contact number and dispatch number and company name which is all day auto transport telling me the. Driver will contact me. On nov 30 I tried calling the driver several times to see what time he/she picking up my car no reply I couldn't leave message it said mailbox full. Day of the pick up called several more times no reply or pickup couple hours later called dispatch to see what's going on they said they call me back never did . I had to call them several more time still no answer all they could say we will call you when we find out by this time my friend had to call in work to be home in case they pick up the car. By this time up annoyed I called Lauren told her what happen she said she call me back nothing happen no call back. Called driver several more times nothing by 6pm I got a call from dispatch saying we got you another driver it won't pick ur car up till Dec 5 I'm like pissed off asking her what happen. She said I don't know but I will rush your car you will get it on the dec10 I ask her you promise can you confirmed that with the driver she then put me on hold and the said yes it's a promised. So Dec 5 same thing with the other driver called no reply then called dispatch same thing again all over then my friend text they just pick up the car evening time around 6pm. After it was pick up I got no update on my car. dec10 Saturday the day I was promise to get my car tried calling dispatch and driver no replies or return calls and today is Monday Dec 12 I'm still waiting for my car and been calling dispatch a lady pick up and when she heard me asking where is my car I was post to get it on Saturday she put me on hold for 15 min so the only thing about the broker Lauren and this company is that their professional liers and they make empty promise please be careful for all of everyone planning to do business with them I had an still having a bad experience with them I'm still waiting on my car right now and I paying 900 bucks for this bad service. For a place to hire A+drivers the least they could do is reply to a phone call. Then they called me and offer me 50 dollars reimbursement if I change their review on yelp ... Then they left me a comment trying to say it's my fault cause I demand a five day delivery for the record it was offered to me to keep my business ..

Thuan, your vehicle was delivered. December is a hard month because drivers take off and usually request more money for the shipments. Keep in mind, we are a broker and work for you for free until we find you a driver and dispatch the vehicle. Carriers set the prices and we try to do the best for you.
