All day auto transporters quoted me a rate, as the days got closer to the pick up day they increased the price of transporting my vehicle. When my vehicle arrived after several calls to the broker (all day auto transporters) and the actual transport company (safe transporters) my car arrived in the evening and not at my home on the eighth day. When my vehicle arrived it was damaged ($2400) with scratches down both sides of the vehicle, severe front bumper damage, safety sensors were broken due to bumper damage, mirrors broken and scratched off paint. Mind you that my vehicle had just come from a dealership in new conditio n. When the driver removed my vehicle from the truck he proceeded to tell me that the original driver quit while transporting and my vehicle had sat in a yard on the truck for a couple of days. He then began to tell me that the driver did not secure all the cars properly. The company would not provide me with there insurance information and being the we were on private property police do not get involved. I contacted the company several times both the broker and the transport company. The broker (all day) provided expired insurance documents and stated that is what they retrieved from the US Department of Transportation. So I researched the same company and found a different insurance provider for the Transport company along filing a complaint about the trucking/transport company to the US Department of Transportation. The broker (all day auto transporters) has not helped in any way to resolve this situation and claims "we did our part." WOW! If you arranging to ha ve my vehicle transported by a company that is not insured is "your part." You are right you did your part. I do not recommend anyone use this broker as they did not insure that my vehicle would be placed into the hands of a competent company. If you as a consumer do not care how your vehicle arrives then all day auto transporters (broker) is the company to use. On a side note, just because a broker is insured does not mean anything to you as the consumer. A broker is the middle man (as all day auto transporters representatives informed me) and are only linking you (the consumer) to truckers who are available to pick up your vehicle for transport. Do not believe that because they are insured this means your vehicle is in safe hands. Don't make the same mistakes I made. After attempting to reach all day auto transporters several times to resolve their insufficiency in this process (providing me expired documents and misleading information about the transport company) they have failed to return my calls.

Had all day auto transporters verified the trucking company's insurance information prior to placing the agreement they would have seen their documents in their system expired 9/2013.

My vehicle is being repaired by my auto insurance company however I have to pay a deductible even though I was not behind the wheel of my vehicle. UNBELIEVABLE!

10/9/14 Update - All day auto transporters is now in contact with me. The Office Manager and the Owner have communicated with me in regards to my posted feedback and my experience. They state that they will work to assist in resolving this matter and have reached out to the transport company for the appropriate insurance information (however unsuccessful at obtaining). The trucking company obtained insurance seven (7) days after the incident occurred, after I repeatedly called them and requested a copy of their insurance cards. This situation has truly been a nightmare to say the least. However as a result of this post it appears that the broker (all day auto transporters) is now willing to communicate with me.
