I needed to have my car shipped to California from Michigan. The customer service representative was helpful and explained everything.
The process up to the point of confirming with the driver was very helpful. However, once the deposit was given, it felt that it was up to me to coordinate everything with the driver. The company only provided the initial set up and that was $250, which feels very steep.
Overall, customer experience was good nevertheless.
