When I picked up my car from the auto transporter it was received in absolutely filthy condition. At first I thought that it was just damp from fog and a little bit of rain that evening, but once I saw the car in the light of day I was absolutely appalled. I assumed the car would be dirty after traveling from one side of the country to the other, but it was covered in grease and oil so thick that I had to hand wash all the exterior glass with industrial soap and water before it was safe enough for me to get on the road with it. Then, I had to take my car through the car wash TWO separate times in order to get all the grease and oil off the car including another hand wash for areas that were not able to get clean from the 2 car washes.

I would not have given 5 stars for the service, but by doing so I receive a $30 Visa gift card and that will cover the cost for car cleaning. Basically, I don't think it's very fair that if I give the deserving poor review I get punished, but if I lie I get rewarded. Hmm...something fishy about that.
