5 STAR COMPANY!!!! YEA RIGHT!!!!!!

This company is far from 5 star. Being a company owner I would usually find it hard to write a negative review, not in this case. First off All Day Auto Transport is just a broker. Well a broker that quotes you a really low rate($1658.99) so you agree to give them a deposit ($258.99 a broker fee). Then your order goes on a board or wall somewhere so transport companies can view it (10/5/12). If they like the order and price they will move the vehicles. If not then your order sits there. Possibly a really long time. In my case 11 days. During the 11 days I called, left messages, emails over and over with Kim and Dan @ All Day Transport. No return anything until I got a call from a different sales person (10/16/12) who said that a company by the name of Global Auto Transportation with a phone of 818 309-1371. But they wanted $200.00 more dollars to have it pick up today and delivered by Fri 10/19/12. I went with it. Then I got a call again from All Day stating that my trucks had a tool box and a headache rack on them and they wanted more $200.00 more to load them. Ok I said. Thinking that at least my trucks will be here on Fri. and that is that.... Well Friday came with no trucks and no call. I called Global Auto Transportation and the dispatcher said that he told All Bay that the trucks would be delivered Tues 10/23/12 and that a driver would be calling me to set up a delivery time. I called Global again on Monday talked to the same dispatcher and asked again when the trucks will arrive. Again he said Tues the 23rd and assured that the driver would call in the AM to set up a time.. Tuesday came and at about 2:00 pm I called Global again to get an eta since no one has called. He gave me the drivers number... so I called... and the driver said it will be delivered Wed. at 10:00 PM at the earliest. WTF!!@! I had it the lies and B.S. I guess I learned my lesson. The trucks are still not here. Stay away from these CROOKS!!! I am to busy to deal with companies that cant communicate honestly. Be warned.
