All Day Auto Transport is not a Better Business Bureau accredited (BBB) company.

UPDATE: Within a matter of hours of my review being posted on this host website All Day Auto Transport contacted this site stating that they we unable to locate my order and had no way of proving I was a customer of theirs. Therefore, my review was removed. However, Transport Reviews.com gave me the opportunity to document my complaint. I forwarded a copy of my contract and email correspondence with All Day Auto Transport. As a result, Transport Reviews.com reposted my review. Thank you.

According to the BBB All Day Auto Transport has 84 complaints closed with BBB in the last three years, with 57 closed within the last 12 months. They have a D- rating with BBB.

Original Review:

I was told that my motorcycle would be picked-up three days after my deposit was taken however, ten business days later my bike was still awaiting pick-up and the only option given me was to pay an additional $100.00 over and above the original quote. I refused and requested the broker fee of $150.00 plus $6.95 administration charges be returned to me.
From that point forward my emails went un-answered as did the telephone messages I left, I therefore challenged the charges to my credit card through my bank. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company for motorcycle pick-up and delivery.

We are sorry the customer feels this way. We went out of our way to accomodate his transportation needs and when we found a carrier to transport his motorcycle at additional 100.00 the customer refused. Rates charge by the carriers are beyond our control and we simply communicated the rate to the customer. In regards to the BBB we are rated a "C" reason being we don't want to pay the yearly fee to be accredited which is the only requirement the BBB makes for accreditation is to pay them money for a better grade.
