The driver worked hard. He seemed very ethical and conscientious. He even wanted to wash car. He was very aware of delivering car quickly. He was very hard to understand but he is an asset to your organization. Please keep him at your organization but offer someone to assist him in talking to the customer!!!!!!! But overall I would use his assistance again. Kim, the first contact, was very useful over the phone too! I felt comfortable with her because of her professional, business and customer service. The price was excellent and the best compared to others.
