The sales representive is very knowledgable, and nicely answered all my questions. After I dicided the date to ship my car. She got the contract quickly and very easy for me to sign the contract by email. This is my first time experience to sign like this way and I like it.

The pick up is on time. Since my cityi doesn't allow the big truck to enter the small sreet, the driver called my wife first and after my friend drived my car to the meet location. The shipping driver kindly give my friend the drive back to the home.

The dilever time is on time as well. No any damege on the car.
