Kevin at All Coast got me out of a tight spot. I never had a vehicle shipped before, so when I called a local company - the representative made me feel like I was in good hands and that my truck will be picked and delivered on time. Well, as the date my truck had to be picked got closer, I started getting nervous, but the rep told me everything is ok. She said that she had a driver and would call me back with contact information. Well, she never called back and then would not answer my calls - so great - all the things she told me to be aware of - she did it to me - now I have a big problem. Kevin from All Coast called me and told me that he could help - at this point I was mad at being taken for a fool and extremely skeptical that Kevin could actually help. Well - Kevin saved the day and my . . . . . He was able to pull everything together and had my truck picked up before the absolute last day. Since then - I asked and he helped with a second car transport - same great experience. I could on and on about Kevin and All Coast, but I'll wrap it up.
