Though they were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, I went with All Coast because of their reviews and am SOOOOOO glad I made that decision. From Day 1, Denise was on top of everything. Always responding quickly, always advocating on my behalf. I read horror stories about cars taking weeks for delivery, additional fees, non responsive agents etc and experienced exactly the opposite. Everything was always taken care of! Denise not only verifies hauler insurance and credentials but has also developed a network of highly rated haulers as her go to drivers. On a personal note, when my drivers truck broke down on July 3rd (July 5th scheduled pickup) Denise worked over the holiday to find another driver who was not only able to keep to the schedule but accommodate my very tight moving timeline. Beyond belief, my truck showed up at the new place EXACTLY ONE HOUR AFTER MY ARRIVAL! To think about this, I moved from Colorado to southern Texas, 1100 miles and 20 hours of drive time, and even with six other vehicles I was only without a car for 60 minutes. This wouldn't be possible without an agent like Denise. That's why I not only spent 20 minutes typing out this review on a phone but have saved her contact info to share with anyone who happens to need a vehicle shipped. Their perfect rating (not just mine, but overall) is a well deserved award for all her hard work.
