I flew 2500 miles to meet a truck which never showed up!

I contacted All Auto Trust Transport for transport of my H1 Hummer. Because it is more of a unique vehicle I spent a lot of effort to ensure that Robert understood the details of my vehicle. He stated that he and his company was very familiar with H1s and Hummer vehicles as they are very popular in their state and have shipped many Hummer vehicles. Robert convinced me to use his company based on their experience with my vehicle and their assurance that they would find an experienced trucker. I emphatically expressed my need for assurance that they would be able to transport my vehicle as I was flying from California to Tennessee to meet the transport, get the vehicle loaded up and then fly home. Robert and Leslie of All Auto Trust Transport promised several times that they would not leave me stranded and they were aware of these facts and would handle it.
After the deposit was paid I was left with empty promises from this company. They not only never returned my calls but went so far as to say that a trucker was assigned and would call. After spending three days in Nashville waiting for a truck to show up and calling All Auto Trust transport dozens of times I was left hanging. I contacted Leslie and she went so far as to say that the trucker would call me. The imaginery trucker never called and when I tried to call Leslie back no one would answer their office phones. I actually changed my flight to leave a day later because Leslie said the trucker needed an extra day due to truck issues. She and the imaginey trucker never called to this day. I also have not been refunded my deposit to this day. I was forced to leave the H1 in Tennessee and am still tabulating the amount of money I have lost, which will be detailed in my lawsuit. They have a lot of nerve putting "trust" anywhere near their name!
