Bad service.... Amatures, would NOT use again!

I arranged a pickup of my car on 9/12/08...... Scheduled pickup was to be 9/16/08, never happened, I was waiting as was the person I bought the car from. Calls back and forth, I ended up with the the truck drivers cell number. I called, there was an apparent problem with thier truck, he said he had to drive to another part of the state for parts etc.... claimed it would be ready the 18th.... I called the driver again on the 18th, he said he still had not gotten it fixed, but would buy the 19th.... I was in contact with the guy I bought the car from in Minnesota aslo.... He kept hanging around waiting also. Anyway, the 19th came and gone... No calls etc....
I was getting frantic because I needed the car as I promised I would be at a car show. Finally on the 20th the car was picked up... ( 5 days later!) I was lloking for another Co. to tell you the truth, this is Terrible service, also No communication from the transport Co.!!!! So I waited till Tuesday 9/23/08 to call the driver and check status, only to find out that the driver had abandoned the load on the side of the road in who knows where!!!! I was beside myself.... I called All American Auto Transport, Inc. at 650-777-0933 and asked about my car... To wich they had said they need to contact the driver and get back to me.... I stated to them that You guys have No idea where my cars is right now, do you? Did you know that the driver abandoned the load who knows where, on the side of some road???? I said you need to find out what happened and find my car... Later I found out that it was left at some co. somewhere...... Then a new driver had picked up the load..... trying not to drag this out too much.. the car finally arrived I believe on 10/2/08 out of the blue, the driver calls me and says that he is in the area, ( I replied, you were supposed to give me some warning, I am at work, I have to try and locate my boss to try and get off, crazy, or what?? ) I arrive, meet the driver.... He starts the car, took him over 1/2 hour to pull my car out of the trailer, I felt like getting up there and doing it my self..... Not very careing towards your vehicle..... Hands all over the car, throws his gloves on the car... opened the door in the truck and hit the inside panel of the truck.. I told him to be careful, this is a nice car and it cost me a lot of money!!!! Upon arrival I check the car over, and it was pretty much as described.... I then noticed the exhaust header on the drivers side was smashed, and it was not that way before delivery. I called Elliott and explained this to him, etc.. He had to get a couple of estimates and they might be able to deal with it... I said ok..... I got and estimate of repair of 300 dollars.... We went back and forth with this.... They finally sent me a letter saying that they would not honor the repair as they were Not responsible for damages!!!!!
I said there are damages, and deliberate damages..... If the vehicle was low, you, being a professional, would take appropriate steps to load the car, and Not damage it....... If you went over an obsticle and scraped the header is one thing... but, this was smashed, which to me is abuse !!!!! DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT CO. I would reccomend if it wasn't such a mess and no communication, etc.......
