I contact another Auto Transport Co (Polar Express Auyo Transport) for a total charge of $650. they were suppose to pick the Ford f-150 pickup on or before Friday Aptil 2, 2011. We never hesrd from them after putting down a deposit of $190 and signing a contract. They would not answere the phones or return messages, after they did nor pick it up on the Friday they were suppose to pick it up, we called and tried to cancel the order. We got a dispatcher and were put on hold and never gotten back to.

I called David Lessor with All American transport which had an A+ rating with the BBB, I told him my problem and he said let me see what I can do. He called back a few minutes latter and said he could have the truck picked up on Tuesday april 6. Even though it ended up costing mr a $200 more it was worth it. I signed a contract and he gave me the pickup infor of the trucking co that was to transport my F-150. The pickup was on time and delivery would have been on time had the drivernot hat tire problems costing him a few hours time. It was delivered the very next day and in excellent shape. the driver did call me and stating his problems. I asked for hm to deliver it the next day rather than arrive here in the late evening.

Over all it was an excellent job and I whoul highly recommend David lessor and his company.
