I utilized the service provided by All American Transport two times within a matter of a month. The first time across country went very smoothly and my car was delivered as promised and expected. When it came time to ship my car back to Arizona I decided to go with another transport company because they offered me a cheaper quote. Unfortunately, cheaper is not always better. After a few days of trying to communicate with the company I had decided to go with I canceled my order and immediately contacted Patrick Wyss at All American Transport. He had coordinated everything for me the first time I shipped my car. Patrick responded to my request immediately within minutes. He always replied to emails that I sent to him within a very short amount of time. When I asked questions he took the time to explain things in detail unlike other transport companies I had contacted that gave me three word, misspelled responses. Patrick also acknowledged my request to have the same trucker that transported my car the first time to Virginia to be the trucker to take it back to Arizona. As a first time car shipper I was overwhelmed with quotes by several transport companies and I decided to go with All American Transport because of the level of customer service that Patrick provided. I highly recommend his services.
