This company was very helpful with transporting my Volvo from OH to MA. I was nervous about putting the car on a truck but Patrick (manager) was very helpful and comforting with my many anxious phone calls. I had an issue with the first dispatcher wanting to pick up three days early. A new dispatcher was quickly reassigned and worked with the times and dates I needed. My driver was also very responsive to my nervous calls. Answered calls and always called back. Delivery took about 15 minutes once driver arrived. I highly recommended calling wherever you are dropping off it is not privately owned by yourself. Car showed up in one piece no scratches or dents, dirty but it was messy weather an on an open truck. I recommend this company for transporting.
