This company came through very well considering my circumstances. I had originally booked another company who promised a pick up date. The day came and no one contacted me or showed up. I called Javier @ all American transport and he was extremely helpful and set up a pick up date overnight. Unfortunately other circumstances arose where the driver has truck problems. So they contacted another driver who picked up my vehicle 2 days later. I was notified immediately so I could make alternate plans. I was flying out, so I left my keys with a neighbor who was available when the driver arrived. Aside from the circumstances this company was accurate with all their information and even phoned me with the driver’s name and cell number. All American Transport was more reasonable than the original company who turned out to not even return my phone calls. If need be, I WILL choose this company again. Javier was extremely professional and courteous.
