After significant research of about ten transport companies, selectred All American Transport, Miami, Fl. as it had a high BBB rating, a lower cost, and the rerprentative Vivian came across ass being reliable. She was never pushy, as one other company was found to be. (Even listed the vehicle as ready for transport without any agreement to contract with them.) She proved to be true to her word throughout the experience. Based on our research, we were afraid we were dealing with a process that would resemble a crap-shoot. It was not easy to select a company that would prove to be reliable. Well, Vivian and All American Transport, Fl. proved to be very responsible and reliable throughout the entire process, including asking for direct feedback after delivery. In this day and age, satisfaction surveys are generally handed out in hospitals when you leave. The contact was a pleasant surprise.
The vehicle transport was handled by a different company, Alborz of Montrose, Ca. The vehicle was picked up within the ten days given as estimated time for that to occur. Both All American and Alborz called 24 hrs, ahead to notify of anticipated arrival for pickup. The actual driver called a few hours ahead of the pickup as further notice and to coordinate site for pickup, as our street cannot accomodate a car carrier.
Met with driver at designated site promptly. He and his partner were courteous, answered questions, and reassured us vehicle would be on same trailer and deliverd by them to dau. in Ca.
Provided him with name and tel. number of dau. and identified the circumstances of her being in servcie in Ca.
Vehicle was delivered in eight days, well within the 7 to 10 day allowance. Driver left mesage with dau. but had not gotten a response. He called me and I assured him she would respond, that she was likely in class at the time and unable to receive calls. He was about three hours away from delivery site. Told him I would email her as reminder and that if he didn't hear from her soon, to feel free to call me back. All worked out fine at that point. Dau. fouind the vehicle to be in fine shape at time of delivery. She also indicated driver was friendly and courteous; appeared to take pride in his work. The cost was just as expected, without surprise add-ons.
Effecting this transport with these two companies proved to be a positive experience.
I recommend All American Transport, Fl. highly for anyone considering a vehicle transport.
