Foul language-foul company

I booked my truck to be moved on or before May 12, 2009. On May 12th after NO communication I called and left over 200 messages for anyone from All American to call me back. I felt bad for Gary Jacoby as they told me he was in the hospital and could not call back. I understood. Then Juan took over and promised it would be picked up by May 18th at the latest only to be told by someone else that he did not know how this could happen. When I called for Juan I was told he was having a child and was out after many repeated attempts just for someone to answer the phone. This gentleman said he could move it if I increased my price and I even did this. Still the truck sat. The real issued occurred with the last call telling me it would take $1600-$1800 to get it moved and I told them I needed it moved to by the 12th to avoid storage. I asked this gentlemen if their home office was in Florida so I could file a complaint or litigate against them. He said, "You can litigate wherever the f___ you want! Don't start that s___ with me. Goodbye sir." and hung up. If you do business with this company you should have your head examined.
