WORTH READING: April 20th, 2009 I signed contract to transportvehicle on May 9th, 2009 for $661.00. Not hearing from them I called them on May 5th, 2009. I was told there was no way they could honor the number. Having no choice this late out I was assured that if I pay $765.00
they would ship. May7th: I called just to confirm. No call back. Emailed them. No reply.May 8th 2009 (THE DAY BEFORE scheduled move: Total of 8 calls without a response, 3 of which were answered and a call back promised. They clearly understood that my dad, an 88 year old guy, was anxiously awaiting to hear what was happening with his car.
I finally reached "Jeff Warren" at 4:45pm. He said: "The reason I did not call you is bacause it will be impossible to move the car tomorrow for that price". He then said, "Can I put you on hold for a second?". He put me on hold and never picked up again.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I have dealt with a number of transport companies and have never seen anything like this before. At least have the guts/courtesy and integrity to call and tell the consumer you can't deliver. Hopefully this is a small company and few people will be unfortunate enough to cross paths with them.

unfortunately we are brokers in a very rough industry. We do our best to provide each and every customer with an accurate quote. We NEVER charge a customer upfront. Occasionally since this is a market controlled environment prices jump beyond or control at which point we invite our customers to make an informed decision to stay with our company or use anybody else of their choosing
