ABSOLUTELY APPALLING-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm making a cross country move from NV to NE. I had quoted and ordered through All American for a reasonable cost.

A week later the rep, Gary, called to tell me he had to throw more money at the driver in order to have this picked up in a timely manner and transported. I had another quote from T & T for the same price so I called them up, booked it and called Gary and cancelled the order- I can't afford a price increase.

I also have a friend who is an independent contractor/car mover. She has access to the website these large moving businesses use to subcontract their work. I called her up after cancelling with All American, it turns out they didn't change the amount they were paying the sub to move my car but ONLY THEIR OWN PROFIT MARGIN! As a consumer I feel absolutely violated.

This was almost 2 weeks ago, I received a call this morning from Gary saying he's dispatched a vehicle- how could this be when I cancelled my order? Oh as they didn't receive my cancellation in writing the contract is valid, however I never agreed to the price increase in or out of writing and if they pursue this they will be hearing from my attorneys. I'm disgusted with the way these people do business. Do not use them- they'll bait-and-switch for their own benefit, not the actual company that is doing the work, and then lie to you multiple times about it.
