My first mistake was consulting this company, I should of listened to the bad reviews. My car was never picked up and when I called they kept giving me the run-around. Finally I got thru to someone in charge named Cherri. She was very rude and unprofessional, she hung up on me 3 times. Not only that they took out 2 deposits a week before my car was scheduled to be picked up and didn't want to give me a refund. These people are complete scammers! I warn you do not use this company!
