Priscilla was extremely kind, understanding and polite. I have a disability and mainly use a wheelchair and I explained this to her. Priscilla went above and beyond to help me with this somewhat stressful process...especially when she was aware of my, particular circumstances. She was extremely considerate and checked in with me several times to "update"me on the location of my car. I was honestly not very concerned with the transportation of my vehicle mainly because of how your employee, Miss. Priscilla Simon treated me from the very first moment we spoke. Priscilla was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with, as well as very compassionate to my current illness. She assured me the car would arrive safely and it did. You have an excellent and courteous employee in Ms. Simon.... You should make it your business to keep her in your employ. I have had my own business for several years and as I am sure you know.... good people are not easy to come by. I would hang on to Miss Simon if I were you.
