I do not give a full 5-star in any instance, unless a company rocks my socks off! I got a tiny bit frustrated because I was leaving NJ and needed them to pick up the car quickly.
Once the car was picked up, it was perfect from then on. We were told that we were allowed up to 100 lbs extra and my wife and i took advantage of that, and it was pretty good deal.
I need to clarify though because although i made my reservation through All American Transport, the actual company that physically removed my car was Ultimate Transport. Although, all American Transport did the initial customer service contact.
