Our experience with this company taught us that honesty in this business is paramount. We spoke with other carriers who made false promises of quick delivery to get our business and one who actually pretended to be be All American Transport, who we had already signed with. Vivian got everything back on track, kept in touch, and made realistic promises that were met. Since the car had broken down in the middle of a trip moving from Michigan to Florida, Vivian was understanding of the circumstances and dealt with a situation that was highly stressful to us.
