I choose this company due to the high ratings. I unfortunately will not be leaving a high rating for this company.

As if moving out of state isn't stressful enough, having a transport broker being incompetent in her job made it worse. I dealt with Vivian and she hardly returned phone calls or emails. It was my first time shipping a car and I set up the transport over a month in advance. I was told a trucking/shipping company is not contacted until approx. a week or two prior to the date we are needing the cars shipped. (Shipped from Nevada to Washington).
A day or two before the cars needed to be shipped, she would not return my calls and we did not have a trucking company booked. Long story short, cars were picked up a week later than the original date, my family member had to do the pick up (we had to move before our cars were shipped due to appointments in Washington that were ultimately CANCELED due to not having our cars on the dates we reserved)! and the drop off in Washington was by a non speaking English person that had a broken GPS and needed ME to give directions. I just moved here.....I don't know how to give directions to a place I just moved to to a person that does transporting for a LIVING. I was told he would be there with our cars on a Friday...they arrived a day late.
The entire shipping/broker situation was a nightmare and I lost a possible job opportunity due to Vivian and MAM Transport Company incompetence.
