Late and rude driver

After I sent out my request, Mike call me first and give me a quote. It was $1125. Then, I ask him if we need to leave the car empty, he told me we can have up to 200lbs in the trunk. It was picked up on time, everything is great. Then, my friend told me that the trucker says only 50lbs is allowed and we have to pay $150 extra for that. I called mike, he said he will check with their trucking company and call me back. He never did. I called him a couple days later, same thing. Never called me back. This morning I got a call from a trucker, he told me he is gonna deliver my car around 5:00pm. I said Ok. I take half day off to get the cash and waited at home. It's about 5pm, Nobody calls me. I called the trucker. He said he is running a little late, he will deliver it at 9:00pm. Ok, that's fine. I can wait. Then, around 7:00pm, trucker called me, he thought I live at San Diego, and he will deliver it tomorrow. I wasted my personal day, and have to get another half day off just because the trucker thought I live in San Diego. He says" I am gonna call you tomorrow and if you don't answer, next time I go it's another $250." LOL, I just got threatened by the trucker. Don't ever use them. The trucker is from United Auto Transport.

Mr. Zhao, Mike never told you that you could put 200 lbs. of personal belongings inside your car. Our paperwork, which you signed before we ever started working on your order clearly states that you are only allowed to put up to 100 lbs inside of the trunk of your car and you have to let us know in writing before your car is dispatched what you are planning on putting in the car. United Auto Transports policy is 50 lbs but if you had let us know before your car was scheduled they would have been OK with it. What these drivers do not like is surprises. We are not a moving company, we are here to transport vehicles and vehicles only. Had you sent those 200 lbs with a moving company or through FedEx it would have cost you much more than $150. In regards to the driver being rude to you, we apologize for that and we will not be using that driver anymore.
