I just recently bought a Subaru STi, gave Josh a call, and all within an hour he had the carrier set up for transport in the time frame that I suggested. Great customer service. The driver was from Auto Trans Group, Inc. He was very good as well, called me the day before delivery to let me know he'd be in town the next day. He also called 30 minutes before he showed up with the car. I am very satisfied with them and would use them again with no hesitation. 2 days transport from Dallas, TX to Racine, WI. I thought that was pretty good and they held to their word and showed up 2 days later. A++
