In March I started doing research on shipping my van to the east coast. I was in no hurry and looked through more than a dozen, before I decided on All American Transport. I called them in May, and talked to Mike, very positive, energetic representative. I told him I was in no hurry to move the vehicle, and I was expecting a 2-3 week period before something could be arranged. He called me back within a day, and informed me he had a carrier that could be there in two days, would that be okay. The carrier showed up early on Friday, loaded the car and said he would be there on Sunday. He delivered the vehicle on Sunday evening.
Mike called to make sure the driver had picked up the car, and again to ensure the car was delivered and on time. This was the first time I had used a transport serice, and I won't hesitate to use them again. While the driver was loading the van, two individuals from the neighborhood asked what was taking place, and I explained the service to them. They were not aware something like this existed, and indicated they would consider doing that in the future.
