Threatened to not refund our money

We did not end up using this company and found another company to use. When we initially asked for a refund they said okay. However, they called me back a few days later and told me I will not be receiving my money back because I decided to use a different company. Mind you, I was well within our contract agreement that I could cancel without penalty. She said Good luck getting your money back. I have yet to receive my refund. But, My credit card company is taking care of this matter. This is extremely poor customer service and they cannot hold people's money hostage to get business. Vivian was rude to me on the phone and used a threatening tone of voice. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. I decided to go with stateway company and they are doing a great job! They have been wonderful throughout the entire process. Beware of this company!
