I had never used an auto transport service before and had my reservations before I had even started the process. I was very guarded and maybe a little assertive on my initial conversation. I had shopped around and called the most expensive and the least. I had decided to go with the lesser expensive because the services offered from the more expensive service were no better than what All American Transport had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I had insisted that the entire service be pre-paid so if there were any difficulties, American Express would handle any issues. There were none. In the end, the car was delivered within the time frame originally quoted.

There are two suggestions I would offer. In an update call prior to delivery, I was originally told that the vehicle would be delivered on the Saturday before the Veteran's day holiday. It was not. Instead it was delivered on the day after the holiday. There was some weather conditions over the mountain passes in Oregon and so the delay was except able. There should have been some additional communication to that effect.

For those of you who would need to rent a car until delivery, you may get a better deal to rent longer than you need it rather than less. Although I have extensive experience with this rental agency, I could have done better if I did not need to add time onto the existing rental agreement.

My experience with All American Transport was very positive and I would use them again.
