When the first time I contacted the company to arrange the delivery date. I was so concerned about the timing. After they pick up my car from the local agent. I found out we will leave New York State two days later. Because had to clean the house after the moving truck came. By the time we finished, it will be dark, so we had to wait until next morning and drive the other car to Florida. I called back to the company and told them about which day will be there, even I said if they are 2 days late after we arrived there already, I don't mind, because I don't want the car just sit outside the drive way in that empty house. So they said no problem, they will figure it out. we got there on 22nd. ( one day late for the schedule) I thought they will call me 2-3 days late to confirm the delivery. On 23rd morning, I got a call and told me they already on which highway, about 30 minutes will be there. I was so happy they just arrived on time. My car is perfect, no damage except some dirt from the highways, but no big deal. My baby car seat still inside the car. I am really satisfied with this company.
