Move was at a busy time (Tuesday after Easter) and the original driver was injured and had to be replaced. This was not a problem for us, except for the fact that JMT Transport did not communicate very well. But I called Justin at All American and they followed up for me. The rating of 5 versus 6 was due to communications being a bit less than I expected. On a side note, I also received a quote from Transport Connection $250 above AAT; When I advised them that I would not be using them, I received the following email back- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -" Yes, much to your dismay, I am the absolute best. But I don't cater to Wal-Mart mentality idiots like you. So you were lucky THIS time and were able to find a carrier who was interested in doing charity work. Big deal. Good for you. Now you can go stiff a few waiters and feel even more like you came out ahead in life. Cheap idiot.
