I was notified several hours in advance that my wife's Mercedes would be picked up. The truck was on time. The driver was very friendly. We thoroughly inspected the vehicle together for damage. My wife arrived in Fl. late in the evening 2 days later. They delivered her vehicle to our vacation home in Boca Raton the day after her arrival. The timing was important because if the car arrived before her nobody would be there to receive it. If her car was late she would be out the cost of a rental until her car arrived. The timing was perfect and her car had no damage. Well, a few bugs on the windshield. Her car will be going back to Tx. in the Autumn. We will certainly use this same company.
