Very Easy Process!

David Lesser was my contact person at this company, and he answered all of my questions about the process of car shipping without making me feel pressured. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to make sure I understood how the shipment would work. When I decided to use the company, he was very helpful and reassuring, and kept me informed about every step of the process. Because the pickup site was on a road that the truck couldn't access, David worked with me to find a way to have the pickup made with the least amount of difficulty, and was willing to explore alternative options. He was polite, honest and straightforward throughout the entire process, and I felt very secure about shipping my car. The car was picked up, transported, and delivered right to my front door in great condition, all within the expected time frame. (I marked that the car was dirty on arrival, but this seems like an obvious part of having it transported across the entire country, so it did not bother me at all. I am happy to spend a few minutes rinsing the car off after having such an easy shipping experience!) It was a pleasure to do business with this company, and I highly recommend them!
