Terrible customer service

After 16 work days from the day I authorized the order, my car still wasn't picked up. In fact, it isn't even on their radar of possibly being picked up anytime soon. Cincinnati to L.A. is a decent route and the money involved should be a good incentive to get the job done. I cancelled the job based on two main criteria: Absolutely terrible communication from this company. I have always had to call for a status report. Not once were they proactive calling me. Lesson learned: Stay away from companies that are REactive - Reactive companies do not have the client's interest at heart. The second main criteria for cancelling is general non-performance. It shouldn't take 16 days (and counting) to pick up a car on a well traveled route. Pick up origin isn't Mayberry and delivery to Juno, Alaska. It's unfortunate that I have to give this review but it has cost me additional time and money to get another company to perform for me as now I'm under a hard deadline. While at first I had 3+ weeks to get the car picked up, the ineptness of ALL AMERICAN TRANSPORT has me now meeting a four day deadline...or wait another three weeks for a pick-up opportunity. ALL AMERICAN TRANSPORT = HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
