Poor service

When my husband booked the transport they told him 5 to 7 days maximum time for delivery. They told me a day later that it would be 10 days. The car was to be delivered on 10/13/11. It is now 10/15/11 and they have not once called us to provide an update on the location of the car or when it will be delivered. Saturday office hours are ET 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We have called repeatedly and all we get is the answering machine. They should have a 24 hour hot line to call or at least be able to track the car on line. We don't have the drivers cell number so we can not call them. My son is to start his new job tomorrow and he has no way of getting there.............
