Vivan was extremely helpful. My Car broke down while I was at a seminar in NY and I decided against getting the car fixed in NY. I looked at many businesses and was given many quotes for getting my vehicle back to Philadelphia. Although the price was slightly higher than the first quote I received, it was still much cheaper than other places I had been in contact with. Vivian was very helpful allowing me to do alot of the communications on line or ovwer the phone as I did nto have access to be physically available for the pick up of my car. She was also very helpful in finding someone who was flexible in the delivery as I was counting on someone else to be there ensure deliver of the car. The best part was the efficiency in which the process took once she found me a carrier. My car was literally picked up and delivered within 48 hours of her finding a carrier. I was very impressed with the courtesy, efficiency and respectfulness I received from all persons regarding my car transfer. I woudl highly recommen All American transport to other people and if I ever need to have my car transported I would look to this company again.
