Vivian clearly explained the process and the charges to be expected. She worked with me to find a pickup date as close to my choice as possible and kept a steady stream of communication.

The driver (Mike) was a pleasure to work with and provided advance notice for scheduling pickup and dropoff. He was always very thorough in going over the car for scratches and dents.

Mike was flexible to change pick up location as we had to vacate our apartment.

Overall, pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
