Overall it was a good experience. There were a few bumps along the way, but they were handled very well by staff and the carrier. The bumps: When I placed my order, I asked for my dropoff date to be no earlier than June 21 (because I would be arriving at my destination the night before). Still, the first driver that came said that he would be delivering the car on the June 19. Because I would not be there to accept the car, he left without picking it up. He was a nice guy, but very frustrated with the mixup. I contacted the staff at All American Transport and they were able to dispatch a second driver for the following morning. The second driver came, but he also said he would do the delivery on June 20- not June 21. Thankfully, he said he would try to work something out so that my car could still be delivered to me when I arrived at my destination. They did not deliver on Tuesday morning, June 21, so I called the driver and carrier. They kept it on their lot overnight and had a staff member drive my car to my house the very next morning, June 22, at no additional cost.

As you can see, there were some issues with communication between agent and carrier, but overall, everyone worked to their best ability to make sure I got my car in a reasonable amount of time and I appreciate that.
