When my F150 blew an engine in Atlanta, I needed to have it moved to NE Florida to have the engine replaced. Rental companies considered the truck too large for self towing. Thus, I needed to have the truck transported. I had never contracted to have this done before, and was VERY apprehensive. I selected The All American Transport Company after reviewing seven quotes, and speaking with representatives from three companies (including Vivian G with The All American Transport Company). Although two of the other company quotes were lower, Vivian's manner and professionalism were the difference. She was courteous, honest, patient (I was apprehensive), explained the whole process (probably more than once), plugged her company's record through the Better Business Bureau, and offered to forward a Certificate of Insurance for the trucking company that actually delivered the truck. In short, she was trying to make a sale, but was effective at connecting with her customer.

After making the sale, she stayed in touch, and was always accessible before and during the transport process. When I could not immediately reach her one time, her voicemail provided another person to call in customer service (who also was very helpful). After the truck was delivered, she e-mailed inquiring as to how the transport company did. These were all positives with me, not to mention that there was no damage to the truck.

Within 12 hours of first speaking with Vivian G, the truck was picked up in Atlanta, and delivered at 8 am the following day. As promised by Vivian G, the driver called and told me when he was going to pick-up the truck, and then again when it was going to be delivered.

A very good experience.
