I wanted my wife to do this review but she hasn't had the time to do much lately, as much as I hate writing these things I just had to make sure the word got out about this company. All American Transport...Wow! First off let me tell you I too am in the transportation business so I know about how brokers tell you one thing to get your business and then when it's time to see the results your the one holding the bag. I reside in Georgia and my wife lost her job and decided to move to Boston where her family could help her watch our small children. While there she found that she was needed back in the military so she re-enlisted. She asked me to ship her Lexus to her.
I checked out several companies and then I got a reply email from a broker named Patrick Wyss with a reasonable quote of $695.00 when others were telling me $800 to $1100 dollars. Like I said I'm in transportation and have been for almost 20 years now, so I know you don't want to take the lowest bid because you might not ever get that product moved. Then some really low quotes started popping up in my email from other companies. I decided to check out this guy Patrick with his quote being in the very middle. After speaking with him over the phone for about 20 mins and his assuring me this move would go smooth I signed on the dotted line. We arranged for the driver to pick the car up at my job. I was told it would be there in less than a week and 3 days later I got a call from my wife saying the truck was coming up the street. I was so pleased with Patrick because before the pick up he called several times to keep me updated and the driver left me his number so I could keep in contact with him during the move. My wife went back to her old job as an inspections officer on the base in Rhode Island and she now refers her soldiers to All American Transport for any such moves.
