Car shipping Nightmare

My driver's name was Alex and he is very unreliable and irresponsible. He was 3 hours late in picking up my car and 11 hours late in delivering it. The reason for his tardiness? It wasn't due to traffic or the weather, but because he stayed up too late the previous partying with his family and friends. Very unprofessional behavior. He never followed up with any of my phone calls, and I always had to call him at least twice before he would answer. He also expects his customers to contact him for everything (Aleko rarely contacted me to inform me about the status of my car). They also do not return messages, probably don't even check them. The driver did not even apologize for being 11 hours late in the delivery of my vehicle. He told me that family is more important. I understand the importance of family, but when I pay you I expect you to do a good job by delivering my vehicle on time as promised. Very poor customer service and very poor work ethic.
