Two vehicle to Florida

We shipped two vehicles by open carrier and at the rock bottom rate. The first vehicle was a sedan and was picked up at a remote site one week after availability. The second vehicle was a pick up truck which we scheduled to be shipped a week after the sedan. As the time for us to leave our home in Massachusetts grew perilously close, and having no representative to deliver the truck to the carrier when requested, I deciced to upgrade to the priority shipping rate.

With the higher bid on the street my truck was picked up around eight oclock at night the same day the bid was submitted, and the same day the sedan was shipped.

My brother in law accepted the vehicles in Florida and parked them in our garage. We arrived about a week later by plane and when we opened the garage we found that both rear shocks in the truck had released large quantities of hydraulic oil. I decided not to complain or put in a claim because there was no way to prove that the shock absorbers had actually been damaged during transpot. Agape was always curtious, informative, and very friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with Agape and would go through them again for future moves. The carriers are a bid item and little or no choice is available in who you get.
