Our minivan was in an accident during a short vacation and had to be left in Missouri for needed repairs (we live near) Chicago. Facing a long drive, overnight stay and another long drive to retrieve the minivan, we investigated using an auto transporter.

We obtained several online quotes and Agape Auto Transport was the best value. We received a prompt quote with a follow-up phone call to answer any questions we might have. My primary contact, Kelly, was very professional, courteous and answered my multitude of questions. She also stayed in touch as the repair work dragged on. Once the repairs were completed, we made the pickup and delivery arrangements and the dispatch process was clearly explained. Once dispatched, we received notice of when the minivan would be picked (well within the contract window), when it was picked up and received a call from the driver 8 hours before arrival to make delivery arrangements.

The driver arrived a couple of hours earlier than estimated but called about an hour before arrival so we had plenty of time to adjust our plans. The drop off was made at a nearby shopping center due to local road weight limits which we were made aware of beforehand so it wasn't a surprise. The minivan was delivered undamaged and pretty clean considering the length of travel on an open carrier. The driver was prompt and the final payment was handled easily.

Overall, we were very pleased with our experience which saved us lots of headaches and would use the service again (although hopefully under different circumstances).
