This was the first time I shipped a car cross country, and it was so smooth. Customer service was prompt and friendly, and while they were ready to pick up the car a day early, there was no issue when I said I was not ready and to come the next morning. In addition, I had to change the destination location last-minute since the car arrived way earlier than I expected, and that was handled very smoothly and effortlessly as well.
