The first estimated pickup date was June 26, and the carrier UI Express Inc. was irresponsible, calling on that date to say that they couldn't make it, even if they had confirmed with me two days ago. They said the shipping date might be delayed to July 8th. The contact person also had a very rude attitude. Fortunately, Agape called me to re-schedule the shipping immediately, as soon as I ended the call with UI Express. And the second carrier Montway Auto Transport was good. My car was delivered on July 5. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. After dealing with the impatient, rude first carrier, I was impressed that Agape worked so hard to solve the problem.
