Every aspect of the move was clearly explained. Pick up of the car needed to be delayed relative to our original schedule, and required some extra coordination because it was being stored and I could not be present for loading. This was all cheerfully handled by Brandie without complaint. Phone messages and emails were quickly answered. I got the enclosed carrier of my request and the operator was experienced, friendly, neat, and careful. The time from pick-up to delivery was a little long, 11 days, but understandable due to scheduling of other individual transports. The time interval was not an issue for me and, in the end, I have no complaints about it. The car was very carefully handled by the carrier and it arrived in perfect condition. Brandie also quickly followed-up after the delivery to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied. If I had to do it again I would definitely work through Brandie at Agape and request the same carrier.
