With the Rock Bottom Shipping option, it does guarantee the vehicle to be assigned within 10 business days from the date the vehicle was made available. Our records show that the carrier was assigned on the 1/9 business day and the vehicle was picked up on 1/10; both of these dates are within the 10 business day time frame. Most of the vehicles are assigned within the first 1-7 days, but some transports do take the full time frame, as in this situation.
