I booked a shipment with Freight Center. It was a disaster from the start. The shipment was paid for and booked from Montana,scheduled to be picked up (with a lift truck) from Arizona. The driver came 3 times, twice without a lift on the truck and then neglected to pick up the BOL. I heard NOTHING for 17 days I finally started looking for the Etching press and found it had been"sitting in a warehouse"....they had never called me! They finally delivered it DAMAGED and continue to bill me because they "forgot" to pick up the BOL. I have filed 3 damage claims as it went through 3 carriers and still no help, just continuing charges from Freight Center. I have made to date 12 calls to Freight Center who claim to be service oriented to no avail! We are now 8 months into it, lots of frustration, a damaged press and no customer service at all. DO NOT USE FREIGHT CENTER !!!!
