Hello to all whom may be transporting a car soon.
I contacted Advanced Logistics because this company had given me the cheapest quote for transporting my vehicle from LA to Ohio (don't ask why I moved here, IT'S COLD, brrr). They were in fact the cheapest, by a few hundred dollars, and the gentleman from the company called me back and I decided to use A.L.'s service to find a trucking company to transport the vehicle. All was fine, the trucking company, MR. ROOSTER'S, picked up my car at the time we discussed, and stil has ye to deliver it (it takes about a week).
I would recommend this company because the whole "move" ran smoothly. All parties involved were honest, and on time.
However, future buyers from A.L.'s brokerage may want to be sure to add abut a hundred dollars to the order, because as you will find, they add a fee for gas or something. And when I called A.L. to discuss the change from $941 to $1025, the gentleman talked to me as if I were stupid, and suggested I read a section of the agreement where they have the right to increase the order's rate by a certain percentage. And, because of this treatment and the increase in rate, I am sure this is why they are getting such bad reviews.
At any rate, my review is a good one, I am satisfied with this broker.
